True Love Wedding Center

Looking for good quality work from customer service to all services that they offer? This is the place to go!!! Since the moment I walked into their beautiful office, greeted by his corteous secretary and very polite Federico, I knew that I was going to receive great service from them, and I did! I went for their videography and photography services and because of their great service I ultimately added the Toxedo and officiant services to my package. Here is my honest opinion on all of those services:Photography: I got Garcia for photography and was blessed to have him. He is very funny, professional, cool, punctual and absolutely looooves his job. He is like Spiderman, moving in every direction to make sure he captures a beautiful moment in many angles. On engagement day pics, my husband and I arrived 1hr and 10 mins late and finally we met him, calmly sitting on a bench waiting for us. He smiles and greets us with no signs of being fake and tells us that it is normal for couples to be late on engagement pics day. What a relief!! It set the perfect mood for the pics. He took a lot of beautiful shots and expressed lots of energy and enthusiasm on every shot he took. He made my husband smile! He rarely smiles in pics. :) On wedding day, I got the same great service....his funny and energetic attitude made everyone easliy smile. My family was very happy with him...we took lots of family shots...can't wait to see the pics, I am sure they are going to be gorgeous. Garcia is also very calm and professional dealing with las minute changes.Videograoher: I think his name is Tony, he was another very polite person and was glued to,his camera to make sure he captured every moment. :)Toxedo: Worked with the charming Rossy to get toxedo that perfectly matched my bridesmaids dress. She was always there to answer all my questions.Officiant: Jonas was our officiant and since the moment I met him, I knew he was going to,be the right one for my wedding. He is extremely polite and professional.At True Love wedding center, I felt like being at home. They are very hard working people and are willing to work with you to help you in every need.:) THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING ME FEEL HAPPY!!

Federico and staff were exceptional. They all went above and beyond my expectations. My family loved them and used them for other services/events. I do plan on coming back to use their services for future events of mine. Thank you very much!

True Love Wedding Center was great to work with. I was able to coordinate all the details from out-of-state. Federico was always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The photographer Garcia was very pleasant to work with at our ceremony. We couldn't be happier with final results!

Honestly... Wonderful!!! It was a great pleasure to work with the True Love Wedding staff in the Washington Heights location. Very professional, friendly, flexible, resourceful and very responsible. Our pictures were so beautiful that we had a hard time making our final selection for our album. Special thanks to Federico Lendof for his good advices, and assistance in helping us plan our wedding and great music selection, and to Lynn, our photographer for capturing the most beautiful, romantic and breathtaking moments of our wedding day. A note for the video, just prepare for a sweet short speech at the end of your wedding day for the video. You alll must think this is crazy for me giving them perfect score but I tell you they made our wedding planning and wedding day just a little less stressful. Our photographer Al and videographer Jose and my limo driver patiently waited as I ran late like most brides do. They took gorgeous pictures and captured every single momnet for us. The tuxes were as if they were custom made for the groom and groomsmen. I had no idea what to write for my invitations but Rosi was there to help me. And when I made a mistake, Lisa caught it and corrected it. They made the entire process so much easier. When we first started planning our wedding in November of 2008 we had a couple of losses, but I and my husband lost our grandmothers. FEderico and his staff were so sympathetic and made it easy for us to keep planning this wedding thru our grief. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter what the price you are paying for memories captured professionally and beautifully.

Excellent pictures and a ton of them to choose from. Our photographer kept us all at ease and having fun! There were so many pictures and I didn't even realize he was in the room! Absolutely great!

I am so glad that I decided to go with True Love when deciding on a photographer, videographer and DJ. I highly recommend their services. They are very responsible, organized and very professional. They always updated me with changes and always followed my requests in order to make my wedding day memorable. They are willing to work with you if you have a budget. They have many different services, not just photography and videography. I was able to book my DJ, pick out my invitations, and limo service through True Love. It was definetely worth it! TRUE LOVE is an extraordinary place.. my photographer (WILSON) was WONDERFULL. My wedding album looks like a dream.... I am pregnant now and I went back to them to have belly pictures taken..
