The favor shop is thee BEST!!! The service they provided and timely delivery of favors were key in picking a "favor shop." The favor shop has set the bar for GREAT service and REASONABLE prices. I mean out of all of my favors they had the best price out of i'm sure 100 of websites!!! Thank you so much for making my day go as smoothly as possible!!

The Favor Shop was just excellent in helping me last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The professionalism exhibited was just outstanding and they were so very helpful and courteous. My personalized items arrived three days before our event and were packaged beautifully. The products were of the highest quality and the personalization was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was 100% Gorgeous and just the best quality and the boxes that the wine stoppers came in were so unique. These boxes are offered as part of the price! How very nice and you pick your design and they have a very pretty ribbon on them as well. I told them they were my Angels for saving my day. Who else would have been so helpful with such Gorgeous items and personalized with ordering 5 days before an event and then receiving them 3 days before. Thank you Favor Shop! You are the best and I look forward to shopping again.

The Favor Shop is truly a One-Stop-Shop! I got my Save-the-Dates, invitations, reception favors, & welcome bag favors from them. All were received perfect with no issues at all! - that was AMAZING!!!
Their customer service rep was so helpful and courteous...so thankful for that because I was a very indecisive bride! :) having such great service for these important things really helped me so much as I prepared for our special day...I would so use them again for the other special events coming up...

AMAZING is all i could say. Our favors fit perfect to what we were looking for. Our theme was a beach wedding and oh my god did they fit exactly what we were doing! I do not have one bad thing at all to say about the service from The Favor Shop.

I found that The Favor Shop had the best deals for a specific wedding favor that I wanted to get, and was very pleased at how quickly everything shipped and arrived. The favors all arrived in excellent condition, and the guests loved them!

I called the Favor Shop at the last minute and they were extremely helpful in sending out the 45 favors that I needed for a bridal shower right away. The woman I spoke to seemed genuinely concerned that I recieve them when I needed them. She went over and above to send them out the next day and they arrived with plenty of time until the shower!

I was disappointment to receive the "personalized" playing cards that I ordered. The price sounded too good to be true and it was. What I got was decks of black Vegas style cards in plastic boxes with cheap personalized labels that I'm supposed to stick on the boxes. The cards themselves aren't personalized. I could have bought the same product at the dollar store and printed up my own labels - which would have looked much nicer.
To their credit, the order did arrive on time and customer service returned my call the same day.
