From our first meeting with Steve Saldana we knew we wanted to work with him. His style is not that of your typical wedding photographer (which is what attracted us to him in the first place) but he has a way of capturing the most expressive, emotional and natural moments of your wedding day. Steven and Angel (another photographer with Studio Saldana) were not only professional, but they were extremely relaxed throughout our wedding day... which we all appreciated and enjoyed! You will not go wrong putting your trust in Steven Saldana, he is truly an artist and will definitely capture the most beautiful, most magical moments of your wedding day. Steve was our engagement and wedding photographer. He captured our style and personality like no other and was the most kind, fun and professional we have come across in awhile. He even went out of his way to make it to our wedding a day and a half early with about 8 hours notice when we had to change the day and venue due to Hurricane Irene. Can't recommend him enough!!

They were AMAZING!!!There was no time limit.We all love it.They hung out with us the whole day.they had really good ideas and the pictures turned out wornderfully. I would definately recommend them to any bride.

Seriously just the best there is. He made us feel so comfortable and we had no idea what type of amazing photographs would come from those silly moments that he pulled us away from the party to take. Steve produces quality, non-cheesy photographs that are going to last a lifetime and I can't thank him enough for it. A true talent.

I can't express how great Steve and his team was. They were extremely accommodating to all the photograph requests and went over and beyond. We just can't wait to see all the pictures!

My husband and I got married in April 2011. Photography was one of the most important things we were looking for in during our planning. Steve was extremely easy to work with and his eye for catching beauty and being artistic at the same time was amazing. We were very pleased with all the pictures! Steve and his team were so lovely to work with. They were kind and professional, efficient and pleasant. We especially love our creative formals. Steve and his team took the time to scout the area of our wedding the day before -- they had imaginative ideas and because they were prepared a plan to make the photo shoot go buy pretty quickly. While we wanted beautiful photos, we also wanted maximum time with our guests and we got just that!

We could not be happier with our wedding photos and were absolutely thrilled with Steven's work. From the day I originally met with him and viewed his work, I knew I wanted him to be our photographer. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and had such great ideas to capture all the important moments at our wedding. I would highly recommend Steven to anyone that not only wants a traditional look to their wedding photos, but also incorporates a photojournalistic appraoch to their pictures as well. I also thought he was a great value in comparison to other photographers that I researched.

Steve and Hino were amazing photographers. They took some gorgeous pictures that I will forever cherish. They're very professional, assertive, knew what they were doing, and unbelievably NICE! You will not regret picking Studio Saldana, they're an awesome crew!

Steve has done several shoots for my wife and I (when we got engaged, engagement photos, and wedding) and he is great to work with. Steve is personable, professional and really has a unique talent and natural eye with the camera. On top of that he is just a great guy to work with, putting our nerves at ease especially when youre not used to "posing" for a camera. Although he did not directly do our wedding (he was a groomsman), he put together a great team that truly captured the essence of Our Big Day. I have recommended Steve to my friends for their special events and all have undoubtedly been just as pleased as I have.

Steve was absolutely amazing! I used him for my engagement pictures in Central Park....thats where my husband proposed to me :) Steve was very dynamic and made us felt very comfortable from the beginning. He was very innovative with his locations and props used within the park. He was very creative with the shots on top of the bridges, arches....he made our pictures look very artistic and original. He is very reasonably priced for the amazing work he does. He was a perfectionist in every way :) I got married in Los Angeles and was not able to use him as our wedding photographer. Oh well...we have engagement pictures we will treasure for life with family and friends :) :)

We chose Steven Saldana to be our wedding photographer because we loved the modern, photojournlistic look of his photography, and his lighting was very well done. I am an art director for a fashion design house and my husband is a photojournalist for a major news organization so the photography was extremely important to us. Steven took our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. His lighting was elegant, flattering and artistic. The posed and candid shots were beautiful in both composition and lighting and really captured the moment. His photography was so impressive that several vendors asked if they could use his photos for their website. Steven is surprisingly well-priced for the quality of his work. It was a pleasure working with him as well as his assitants through the entire process from our first meeting to receiving our final photos. Steven is very prompt, professional and detailed, and he runs his business very efficiently. I highly recommend Studio Saldana.

Where can I begin...as a bride’s tedious journey of wedding planning begins, the search for a venue, the dress, the flowers, etc.. etc.. and the photographer (I had a particular style of photographs I was after, so research was a must). Then we met Steve! My search for a photographer ended that day and it all seemed to fall into place. From the first assuring hand shake and his calm demeanor, he let us know it will all be ok from here on out. I remember walking into his studio and before we interviewed each other (to see if we were a good fit), I mean, I was already in love. First of all, Steve is very professional, intelligent and very creative. An aura of good nature surrounded him and I was drawn in. He stands behind his work and promotes a great stance for the environment and other worldly causes. That, in its self was a major A++. We need more souls in the world like Steve. Gennady and I did not want our engagement and wedding to be video recorded, so we sought out for someone who could photograph each moment and capture it so that we may relive those moments and feel it all over again and even years later. We reviewed his work and found that he was exactly what we needed. Besides that, he also offers great photo packages and products. My favorite is the custom and exclusive wedding album which we will soon order through him… a must have! My experience, briefly, I have to say I am quiet shy in front of the camera, but you soon forget the camera is even there and the magic of creativity begins. We let him have free range to do what he does best. As an artist myself, allowing me have free range with some direction works well. His creativity was what I fell in love with and you can see it in his work. "Steve, I love you, man! You are the best!" LOL! He sometimes seems bashful when that is said, but really, your work is phenomenal. It was great to see him in action! Steve has photographed us for two different sessions; our engagement and wedding day from start to finish; capturing moments of laughter, love, and awe. I look back and still remember and enjoy every moment. The Big Day was approaching. He was very attentive and reassuring. If you needed anything or had a question, he was quick to get back to you as soon as he possibly could. I was so excited to see Steve again on our wedding day. Again, we trusted him and his team to do what they do best! He arrived at my hotel room with his team of photographers. I felt very comfortable in front of the camera this second time around, because I now had the experience of working with him, and so we had a lot of fun. They were all very professional and collaborated with one another very well. During the wedding, there is so much going on, you truly forget the camera is there, and that’s when you get those really special moments on film. All-in-all, Steve and his team became a part of our family and friends that day. I personally welcome him into our lives and to possibly capture more special moments along the road of life. Everyone loved Steve in my wedding. I even have few guests coming to me asking for his info. he was very patient and nice to every one of my guests. even at times, my guests were blocking his camera and making his job much more difficult. He also was very helpful during the reception, he helped me to keep track of the time and update me when I need to do what. I felt like he was almost like a wedding planner of the day. I am much disorganized compare to him. I was most impressed with his creativity. He is not your regular cookie cutter photographer, he is an artist. he has the eye for photography. We had our wedding photo session at gtown dc and oldtown Alexandria. He did not take us to the land mark of those places, instead he picked very unique and modern looking alley and street. he is also extremely easy to work with, I do not feel comfortable in front of the camera at all, he manage to make me feel comfortable and beautiful as a bride! I would highly recommend all the future brides to pick Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable and his work is worth every single penny!!! I cannot wait to see my finishing photos!!!

Going with Steve at Studio Saldana was one of the best wedding decisions we made! He was amazing - kind, easy to work with and fun. After looking at his photos online we knew his work was top notch, then when we had our engagement session it confirmed everything we thought - it was perfect! Steve did a wonderful job at our wedding in Charlottesville, VA and we would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat! Did I mention that we are also in love with our engagement and wedding pictures?!? While Steve is very professional, his easy going demeanor had the entire wedding party at ease and he was able to capture some very candid moments. I gave the task to my husband to find the photographer for the wedding and I have to say Studio Saldana was definetly the best choice for the job. We had to decide between hiring an out-of-state or a local (Las Vegas) photographer for the job and I am glad we picked Steve because of all the hard work he and Ting Yi (2nd shooter) put in to taking such wonderful pics during our wedding. Although, this was going to be Steve's first time shooting a wedding in Vegas, he did his homework and found beautiful spots in Vegas that we didn't even think of going to. My husband and I, plus everyone in our wedding party were very impressed with Studio Saldana's work. They were always on time, professional, friendly and calm at the most hectic of times. Steve was almost somewhat of a wedding coordinator making sure we were on time for the church when we were getting ready. One of my engaged bridesmaids was even willing to cancel with their current photographer to have Steve shoot their wedding. He's just that good folks! Although we've only seen some teaser shots of the wedding, we know we have some great photos coming our way! Thanks Studio Saldana!

Steve and Hino were amazing! We were a bit on the fence about going with someone a little cheaper, but Studio Saldana is worth every penny. Steve photographed a friend's wedding so we already knew the quality of the work, and he was really easy to work with. The photographs just flowed with the wedding and we never felt that we were rushed or that we missed out on anything. If you like the creative style of photos on the site then Studio Saldana is the way to go because you can't get that from every photographer. You will love showing off these pictures to family and friends ;-)
