Where to start? First, the company refused to charge me the standard hourly rate on their website because it was a wedding. When I told them I didn't want any of the special wedding services, they informed me that "we only do weddings on Saturdays." I grudgingly agreed to the higher rate. Two days later, they put a hold on my card for twice the rate we had agreed on, sending my bank account into overdraft. They never discussed this with me, and I was, to say the least, displeased. I canceled the limo that day and wound up taking a cab to the wedding, which was fine.
