Being an out of state nervous bride who ordered her dress 4 sizes too small this staff had a lot of patience, compassion and worked with me from beginning to end. My dress came out beautiful, their work was exquisite and the professionalism was superior. There wasn’t a person who I spoke to who wasn’t pleasant or kind when I called, e-mailed or came to see during my fittings. It is hard being an out of state bride who ordered her dress four sizes too small because she didn’t want to be the fat bride but had to order her dress so it could be made on time for the wedding. The dress fit me like a glove, the staff was phenomenal and although I am NEVER Getting Married AGAIN!!!! I would do it all over if I could work with Bridal Reflections again. They are reasonably priced for the quality and service in which they provide. Thank you Bridal Reflections!!!!

I visited Bridal Reflections as part of the Brides Across America Program (dress giveaways to military spouses a few times a year). They had their organized event a few days before I could be in town, but they still let me keep the appointment and receive a gown through the program. The staff was friendly and kind. The owners were so appreciative and generous. It was a great experience.

We went to three bridal salons before choosing Bridal Reflections. I am so glad we did! They were the only salon that didn't make me feel like a number. They spent time with me and really took time to understand my taste and style. My dress was beautiful and I got so many compliments. If I have one comment for Bridal Reflections, I guess I wish they would have told me how heavy my dress would be after several hours as all the weight was held by my ribs. Also, I wish they would have told how easily the material would wrinkle in shipping. The dress was a great deal and pictures don't even do justice to how amazing the dress was. They also sold me a wonderful veil that I got a million...

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections. They were always so nice, professional and helpful! I got an amazing dress at a great price and alterations were so simple. If you live in the NY area, they are definitely worth going to over other big-budget dress shops. You get more personalized service and a wonderful dress collection!

Loved my entire experience with Bridal Reflections of Massapequa. Very friendly and helpful staff, did not try to sell me a dress because of price, rather what fit me better.

The gown a bride wears sets the stage for the entire wedding. Bridal Reflections' expert team helped me select the most beautiful Simone Carvalli gown and CUSTOM-DESIGN it to fit my every last desire. They worked tirelessly on altering it to fit my body and made me feel like a queen. When it comes to bridal stores, which are a dime a dozen, they are truly the BEST. They have gowns from almost every designer for all shades, shapes, and sizes, and their bridesmaid/evening gown, and flower girl dress selections are so superb, this is absolutely a ONE-STOP SHOP.

I was just married on June 4th, 2011 and wanted to thank the staff at Bridal Reflections 5th Avenue for helping to make the day so memorable. I have heard so many brides share horror stories about their wedding gown vendors and I am so happy to not be one of them. I cannot praise nor recommend Bridal Reflections enough. I was in search of a particular dress that no one seemed to have. I contacted Bridal Reflections and made an appointment to begin looking at gowns not knowing that would be my final stop. As I entered the elegant showroom I was promptly greeted by smiling faces. As i was escorted to my fitting room, I discovered they had ordered the sample gown I was so desperately in search of, for me to try. That was THE DRESS! Every moment after that was flawless. I purchased my earrings and my veil as well at the shop as well. The head seamstress is not only very professional and precise but charasmatic. I was very much at ease with her and the same young lady always helping at each appointment. The day I went to pick up my gown, everything was perfect and was even helped to my car with the dress. Great service! This is such a hard industry to work in, and I give these people so much credit for their patience, professionalism, and friendliness. Excellent tailors/seamstresses took care of multiple alterations quickly and beautifully. Bridal Reflections is a wonderful dress store. It's clean and beautiful! You can find almost any gown there. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. Not only did I get my gown there but I also got my headpiece and veil there as well. I never once felt uncomfortable there and everyone was so helpful! I highly recommend Bridal Reflections! You will be so happy with them!

Planning a Halloween wedding was a pleasure thanks to Bridal Reflections. I wanted my gown and bridal party to reflect a Masquerade ball and I picked the right vendor to pull this off. Not only did they find the perfect gown for me and my entire bridal party, they also did my flower girls and in laws. It was perfect all the way around.
